PROJECT MANAGEMENT
CHS Canada consultants have project managed many ICT projects in Canada, the US and many developing countries. For example, we managed the implementation of a planning and budgeting system for 10 hospitals in Canada and the US in the 1970s. We managed the implementation of the Management Information System (MIS) guidelines in 3 hospitals and the new health card in Ontario in the 1980s. In Mexico, we managed the implementation of health records and case costing in one hospital in the 1990s.
